How to Submit a Listing:
First of all:
Your Listing will be FREE until Dec 31st 2010 and no worries, NO charges will be made to anyone on the site after that date. I will evaluate how the site is going and if there haven't been enough hits or request submissions, I will gladly extend and post another deadline.
If I find that the site is doing really well, then I will send out an e-mail after that notifying you if there will be a small fee (possibly around $50 for the next year just to keep the site running) and everyone listed on the site will have the option on opting out or staying on....the choice is yours. You are NOT obligated in any way.
Please check THESE TERMS and then continue on for your TOTALLY FREE listing

Once your condo is listed and you'd like to make changes in rates pics etc...just send an email HERE and the changes will be made ASAP and like I said with absolutely NO charge.
If your condo resort is not yet listed on this site, let me know which one it is and I'll gladly add it to the list. I made this website to help individual owners and give them a chance at renting out their condos with everyone getting the same exposure and no extra fees in doing so.
1- You MUST be the owner of the condo ( no agents or rental companies) 2- Please send all of this info HERE
If you already have a listing on another site like VRBO or any other website, just send me your ID# and I can use the info from there to create your ad. You will also have to email me at least 8 of your best pics OR, If you have a private website, I'll just get the pics from there with your permission.
If you DON'T have current pics of your condo, I can do the professional shots inside your condo for a small fee of $50 which will also include the editing for the web page and of course, you may want to use them on your other competitors websites...pics are extremely IMPORTANT especially up-dated ones.
The above will save you lots of time and you won't have to fill in all the other stuff below EXCEPT 'e' and 'f' which I will do the pic resizing and I will need your contact information. (So I know what e-mail address to put onto the submission forms which is invisible on the webpage but will go directly to you.)
a- The Main Title of your page (make it interesting like 'Awesome condo', 'Gorgeous' etc so it stands out on the page) and the building it is located in eg: Watercrest or Splash,etc and please INCLUDE the condo # eg: Calypso 404 East (if there is more than 1 tower) or whatever it may be (I use this so it is not so confusing as competing websites where you become JUST a number) Gives renters a better chance to remember your condo. If your condo is in a new Resort and it's not listed, let me know and I'll put that resort onto the page.
b- A Short description of your condo (use as many good words you can to entice the renter)
c- If you have a rentors.org calendar it will be used on this site and helps to regulate the requests, so they know when your condo is booked.
d- Please send your rates in categories of Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter
e- Send up to 8 pics, JPG's or Gifs and I will add them to the site. I believe in a picture is worth a 1000 words. These 8 pics will have no bearing on where you stand on this website...everyone is equal and has the same exposure. I personally feel that when competing websites give you a few pics for free and then the more you pay for more pics, the higher you will be on the website ....that is just a moneymaking scheme trying to nickle and dime you to death. It really isn't necessary. Just a way to pad their wallets more than they are. I personally think that everyone should be equal so that's why I allow 8 pics on this site and make a custom moving slideshow with music. It is unique one of a kind.
